Our competitive and reasonable rates for a maintenance residential cleaning start at $65.00 and increase with the square footage and cleaning time needed for each client.
The cost is based on:
- General size of home, number of bathrooms, flooring type, bedrooms
- Lifestyle: minimalist to cluttered
- Activity within the home: number of adults, children, pets, etc
- Client expectation: custom cleaning requirements
- Frequency of clean: weekly, biweekly, monthly or occasional
Commercial, Office, Move-in/Move-out, Apartment and Rental Turnover cleanings follow a different rate schedule. Please call or email for more information about these services. The first step is to set up a free initial consultation. During this time, we will do a walk through of the premises, discuss a cleaning plan, and determine your pricing. During this visit, we will also discuss AbsoluteClean procedures and answer any questions you might have.
We currently accept Major Credit and Debit Cards, Cash, Check or Money Order. Residential payments are due on the day services are rendered unless other arrangements are made. Commercial payments are due monthly immediately following the month services are rendered.
